CD Replication
|
|
A glass master is made to create a
stamper. The metal stamper is then mounted into an
injection-mold machine where the disc is pressed. The disc is
coated with a layer of aluminum, and a protective lacquer is
spun onto the disc and hardened using ultraviolet light.
